Overall Goal: I have a good ways to go still as far as losing fat goes. once I find a good diet and exercise routine that works for me hopefully I will go back to losing the fat again
Fit Status:
well things have been bad working the second job. no energy to go to the gym
I had started about a couple years ago. I was at 329 and I got down to 260 everything was going great until things started happening around me. like my apartment burning to the ground which wasnt my fault. lost a bunch of stuff but insurance covered it. then moved into a new apartment which was bigger so I had to pay more rent then what I was paying so then I had to get a second job and I was working 16hrs a day and I just didnt have the energy to get to the gym so I ended up cancelling my membership and thought I could stick with my diet...wow was I wrong so much stress I couldnt do it so I was eating out all the time I bought fattening foods and on came the weight again. I gained half the weight back and then things started turning around for me I'm only working one job now so I decided to go back to the gym here in February of 2009 and I'm feeling great and back on track and the weight is coming off again.
Why I Love It:
Since I have recently started back working out! wow I really missed the feeling I get after a good workout! Releasing those endorphins when I'm sweating and the feeling of accomplishing my goal of 30 or more minutes of cardio!!! it really feels good. more then anything the weight lifting feels great also. I love pumping iron and I want to get back to the weight I was lifting at before. Its just gonna take a little time to get used to it again
How I Stay Motivated:
While I was dealing with everything that was going on it was really hard staying motivated and I lost the motivation. alot of my friends was trying so hard to help me and I just didnt want to do it. gave up basically but when I started seeing things turn around my will power suddenly came back and I jumped up and told myself that I cant let this get me down so I'm back and I'm back for GOOD!
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to get down to at least 211-215. I want to gain muscle and be strong. I can stick with it this time!!!! so far everything is going good in my life for me and if something gets in my way I will deal with it and go on!

Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 200 and then get down to 185 which is my ideal weight for my height. I'm always going to big a gurl but at least I can be slim and big boned at the same time ;-)
