How I Started:
I wanted to improve my health. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. when I started working out I started feeling alot better and I was able to come off all my meds that I was taking for my blood pressure and sugar
Why I Love It:
I love going to the gym working out and sweating my butt off. It feels great! its almost like your sweating out bad toxins or something? I always feel awesome after I have worked out
How I Stay Motivated:
I just try to keep going everyday without thinking about giving up..I know there will be times when I want to give up but I will just have to push myself to keep going and not let others get in my way
BB Accomplishments:
I want to get down to 211 and work my way to my goal weight which is 185. I just recently did some figuring and I first joined the gym in july of 07 so from july til now february is 8 months and I have lost 58lbs. If I stick to my guns with my weight training and cardio by september I can be 211 IF! I work hard on my diet though. I would love to be able to walk around in a bikini around the summer time like not this year but next year or after that even

Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 200 and then get down to 185 which is my ideal weight for my height. I'm always going to big a gurl but at least I can be slim and big boned at the same time ;-)
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Angelina Jolie because she just has the most athletic body.. like in her tomb raider movies!!! OH WOW!!! she is my idol would love to have a body like hers.

took the pressure off now everyday I get up and enjoy my workouts I know the is a goal there but not focus on it focus on todays workout. Sometime goal seem so far away u get down and distracted.

I do two body parts every other day and cardio on the off days. I like working abs( doesn't show yet) so I actully do them everyday.
Also I just stopped trying to reach my goals I just get up and it get it done, I found it to the stress out of the game.Its less of a chore.I look up some times and say wow I've changed that good.
