Goal (Long):
I want to re-develope my body into something to be proud of. I know I can do it and since working with Steve at fitnesspoynters.com it's happening. Persistence defeats resistence. I will get down to a comfortable size that I can reshape within the next year.
Steve is an awesome trainer. He knows what the definition of help and motivation are and definitly knows how to help you reach your goals. Steve's physique keeps getting better and he has insane muscle definition. Thanks for your help Steve!
Happy to hear that Blair. I'm glad your training is going well. Keep pushing bro. My training is going good too. I'm trying to lean down for more definition. Been focusing more on light weights. Its hard because I don't want to lean down too much and lose good mass. lol. Its kind of a slow process but I'm in no rush. Patience is a virtue right? lol. Best wishes bro! -Kai

Hey Blair! Thanks for stopping by. Its always good to hear from you bro. Thanks for the nice comment I really appreciate that. My training has been a little off balanced lately. Physical is on point. But mentally I've been soo tired for some reason. lol. I'm currently going through my cutting phase which is always a pain. lol. light weight, no apetite, and a ton of cardio. Ughhh! How's your training going bro?

My training is going good bro. I have been incorporating new exercises into my routines like the resistance bands. But I'm having a darn time getting use to them. lol. Glad your back to it bro. Train Hard. Best wishes!
Hey hey!!! I sure hope you like the exercise! I absolutely love it! It's great to target those stubborn love handles and lower back fat. Ya may not look like the coolest kid on the block while doing it LOL, but it works my friend! Let me know how you like it.
