For my son. He's 20 yrs. old, but not every athletic. I've been trying to get him interseted in wieght training. He runs and plays basketball at a local court.

victorsteven1 I was inspired by Tom Platz also and had an opportunity to talk and watch him guest pose in Detroit the man was a beast and extremely flexible for his monstrous size. Duttysouthwales its good that you want to get your son involved tho thats a bit of a shaky bridge, sometimes its not that people dont have the motivation and drive, its just that they have no intrest in bodybuilding. tho basketball is a demanding athletic sport and takes alot of hard work and conditioning, mass training wouldnt do him any favours in that field and strength training tends to get ignored. maybe you could try tellin him that squats would improve his jumping height May 31, 2010 5:35am
