Had a friend that got me in to bodybuilding.Now i want to compete and go all the way. I will post pictures as i have progress.

I am doing a paper on client assessments and I am kinda lost. One is a golfer is 55 his and the second is a wrestler a 14 year old teen. What kind of assessment would you use and why. I just need a start on where to go with this.

try doing 5 x 5 and 6 x 6 to get the mass on now, that's what I'm doing right now to add size

I would keep my protein at 250 per day, and cycle the carbs 200, 250, 300 then back down on the fourth day
