Had a friend that got me in to bodybuilding.Now i want to compete and go all the way. I will post pictures as i have progress.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump after a good workout.

My wife is my biggest motivation, Tony Horton, Billy Blanks, My Music, and the will to be a Personal Trainer..

I chose 3 movements for all badyparts, but not arms, and do 5x5...only mass movements not flyes or laterals arms I do 3 movements 4x8

try doing 5 x 5 and 6 x 6 to get the mass on now, that's what I'm doing right now to add size

I would keep my protein at 250 per day, and cycle the carbs 200, 250, 300 then back down on the fourth day
