How I Started:
I got back into lifting and working out after some personal situations caused an enormous amount of stress.
Why I Love It:
i love the freedom that i get when i lift/exercise. i love the way i can be humbled by the iron at anytime, no matter what it is or where its from, the steel never lies to you.
How I Stay Motivated:
its easy to stay motiviated for me. i never feel i have ended the road im on, theres always tomorrow.
BB Accomplishments:
loosing about 80lbs and seeing my abs! wow. a fat boy saying that. the weight came back on, but i know they exist!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
its part of the routine, if you go heavy its ok, but if your not lifting heavy there are no excuses.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
shorts and tshirts, nothing nice, your there to work, not hangouT!
