How I Started:
I got back into lifting and working out after some personal situations caused an enormous amount of stress.
Why I Love It:
i love the freedom that i get when i lift/exercise. i love the way i can be humbled by the iron at anytime, no matter what it is or where its from, the steel never lies to you.
How I Stay Motivated:
its easy to stay motiviated for me. i never feel i have ended the road im on, theres always tomorrow.
BB Accomplishments:
i have made my goal of 225lbs, but now i know it is not enough. i am going to go for the V-shape and attempt to get my abs to pop.
New goal is to diet for 14 weeks and re-evaluate then.
Goal (Long):
i will run a diet/carb cycling plan for 14 weeks to follow my past bulk/strength routine. today i was 240lbs in my birthday suit, depending on muscle mass quality, realistic goal weight will be about 212lbs w/o strength loss. I have always been a dedicated lifter, but a horrible nutritionist, this will be the first REAL DIET program i have embarked on. I learn as i go, even after 15 yrs of lifting.
