Got into poker to see if I could change my life.Found out thats all about luck..Lifting is something I can use my persistance in changing my body for a definite.
Why I Love It:
Afterwards I feel so relaxed. Almost like I just had a sex marathon. Although without all the heavy lifting

I dunno...I can stick with something easily if I turn on my "ok. watch me do it then" kinda motivation

Everytime I try to start my regemin something takes place that delays once again.  I just had nose surgury that hopefully will help me breath alot better in my training sessions. I had a very bad deviated septum and enlarged turbinents. I have to be out for at least 2 weeks the doc said of...

Bodyspace won't seem to allow comments to blogs today, so I thought I'd leave a note here. I know you wrote your blog a while ago, and I hope that your training is back on track. It sure does seem like life keeps putting obstacles in our way, especially when it comes to training, but if you stay focused you'll reach your goals in the long run. Keep up the good work!
