I won the runner up spot and received $10,000 and $1,000 in Met-Rx product by Dropping almost 75lbs of Fat! I started January 2, 2007 and ended July 11th, 2007! The day I did my bodyfat I was 205 and 5.5% down from 270 at 28% bodyfat. A lot has changed and looking forward to more in the near future. |

Very discouraging and eye opening as well. Got rushed into doing this show because they had canceled a smaller show that I was going to do before the Oklahoma. Being my first show I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was to eat a lot of egg, chicken, and veggies. Drink a Gallon of water per day and a ton of cardio. |
