How I Started:
i lost a job because of my health. i was very obese ,almost 400lbs. i had to do something. now after 2 years of real hard work i am now at 228lbs.i am also getting ready for my first bodybuilding contest. i will tell anybody if i can do it anybody can do it
Why I Love It:
i love the art of bodybuilding i always believe god is greatest artist of all times. i also love the way i feel after a good workout.

Man, training is going great. Ha ha, you may not have been on much but your time in the gym is definitely showing. You got me jealous feeling like I should be doing more cardio (which I should be).
LOL, but its cool. What more stuff do you have to do says the trainer?

Thanks for responding and so fast. appreciate your concern. My boyfriend and I do not agree on workout tactics so I do not pressure him. He feels I dont hve anything to worry about but I dont want to get to a point in my life and look at myself and wonder, where did my shape go.
I was very athletic in school, track, basketball, swimming, the works, but you know, how it goes, you stop and then here I am.
I hope we can be friends anyways.

I am just trying to keep off what I lost. Diet not my strong sute..stress eatring and like to cook russhan and german..not exactly hart helthy. I am manageing to get some strength back however.
some good progress thare! Your body fat is probibly better than mine! I would say if you want to get back into it than go for it. One of the guys who went up the ranks with me when I started was about 35 when he started and he went till he blewout his ackellies tendions at about 45. He would have been fine if he could have droped the ego and went a little slower when things started to tighten up..little overcompetative. You look to be starting from a beter place then he did!
