Rock N Roll San Antonio Marathon 15-NOV-09 under 3:30!!! Back from Iraq and ready to RUN
Goal (Long):
Over 1/3 of my body weight was fat and I was ashamed of my self. Since then, I have been eating a healthy diet(meat and veggies)and working out as often as I can (running, stepper, weights). My goals are to have less than 10% Body Fat and to have awesome abs.
Did you take some time off for the holidays? Sure you did. You ate a little more than usual and traveled around seeing friends and family. Good for you. NOW GET BACK TO WORK!!!
I am not talking about your job/career/thewaythatyoumakemoneytosurvi ve......... . I am talking about getting back...
43 Months? Holy CRAP. Are you KBR or something? Who else stays in this $h!t-hole that long? You're amazingly motivated to be here that long and still be committed to your workouts. Good schtuff!!
Thank you for the compliment Bam - that is fine, I don't need to know what is prudent to keep secure. I have a lot of servicemen who stop by every now and again and what comes up every time is how important their workout is - so you are doing an important job :)
Hi Bam! Thank you for the compliment and for the friendship invitation, I appreciate it! That is great what you do for a living - are you a solider? I am sure there is a story behind your name, lol!
