It is the end of the semester and I am in the middle of finals. I finally hit 190 and it feels good. Working my way to 210 by Spring 2010. Worked out tonight after 4 weeks....I hurt and it feels good.
Accomplished: Graduated from law school; took the bar exam; and helped my wife deliver our third child.
Short Term Goals: Get back into shape
Long Term Goals: Lose 75Lbs by next Summer
At the moment, I would like to improve my muscle separation, and obtain a more ripped figure. Also I've been meaning to cut down on my total body fat. I need to lean out then just blow up BIG!
To gain lean muscle mass. I definitely eant to gain weight, but most of all I want to become a stronger, faster, and gain better overall conditioning for my MMA and Grappling.
2009 is almost over and I am getting very close to my goal! I am seeing some great changes and there is so much more to come.I want to transform my body far beyond anything that I have ever seen.To push the limits!!
