Have a great masculine physique and live a healthy life.
Goal (Long):
I have a couple goals I want to reach. washboard abs and defined body. Physical fitness. Gain strength. Be able to do at least 20 pull ups in 1 Set. Running for a long duration to help improve sports performance in basketball. A body to be proud and confident. I've always been into playing basketball and thats why it has helped my metabolism. But it interferes with weight lifting. I've learned to keep it separate although I enjoy playing basketball way too much. My goal is to gain to 165lbs. All muscle. Though lifting weights is just my outlet when I'm stressed. I hope to reach all my goals very soon.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

Just checking with you to see how things have been going. Just got through moving myself. Still trying to straighten things up a bit. Haven't really had alot of chances to work out lately. Maybe I can work a few in this week though. Hope so anyway.
thanks for the info dude, I'll keep it in mind. Just added dips and chinups to my chest workout. I can only do like 1 pull up currently but hope to work on that too.
