I want to improve my overall fitness levels. I want to be able to run 2 miles without stopping, do more push-ups, and more sit-ups. I also have to lose a lot of weight. I want to lose 60 lbs by May 2009.

Haven't really had a work out in about two weeks. I've just been doing push ups and crunches occasionally. I just wish I had some motivation to get on that treadmill. I've considered buying a jump rope with weighted handles. I just haven't done it because I have huge boobs and it hurts...
