im gonna work my chest out for 2 hours then im done lifting for the day but should i take weight gainer cause i only weigh 130 and if i should should i do that before or after the work out help appricated
Slow down Brad, you'll wear your joints out before you turn 20 and end up with arthritis...my husband is a physical therapist and body builder. BTW, what supplements are you taking?!? Do they rhyme with hemorrhoids?
i cant figure out my max because i dont have enough weight . but i just did chest today and maxed out on my fifth set of flat bench with 190 for 10 reps.

i can pretty much guarantee if ur at were u r now u will be over 200 by time u hit 9th plenty of kids in my grade who can have a 200 lb bench press i just got dumpe dand stopped lifting and eating and my bench kinda plateued im stuck at 165 i prolly woulda been at atleast 170-75 by now but o well

About to do a whole sesh on pure - how far can I push it. Didnt want to interupt what I was doin b4 but now Ive come to the end of this particular mnths worth of training I wanna just spend some time establishing my limits so I can reasess my routine. I`ll post the results on mi profile.
Nope, we do bench about the same. An old pro corrected my form the other day so Im really back down on the weight. Turns out all I was doin was partial reps. But then again I was only doin that cause another guy showed me saying if u let ur arms go anywhere below 90degrees and touch ur chest ur just (s)training ur arms not ur chest. Way to much conflicting advice but most info says all the way down but no bounce so Im changin my routine!
