How I Started:
I was 305 pounds and wanted to start looking better. I lost a lot of weight, but in turn lost a lot of muscle as well. Now I am attempting to still lose some body fat, but also to up my muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
Its a healthy hobby. It relieves my stress and lets me release aggression. Plus I like to look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing girls and smaller guys check me out in the gym. I also stay motivated by reading fitness and bodybuilding magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
Get down to 12% body fat or less, along with being able to see my abs. Other than that, I workout just to be healthy and to have a positive hobby.
