How I Started:
I do not like myself being thin. I then seen people twice my size and was jealous. This caused depression. I want to be 250 lbs. to have more BULK!
Why I Love It:
I want to look like a beast so I never get picked on, I scare the fighters away because of my size. I really never been in fights anyway!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to gain weight and look like others to show off and have confidence in myself to fight depression.
BB Accomplishments:
Can bench press 315 Lbs. one rep, I can also do 135 Lbs on preacher curl and rep that 8 times!

I do not know, I been referred to NUMEROUS mental health for my disorders. I was always wanting to be bigger and complained about it. I am doing better now, but with only 3 meds instead of 6 or being tried on several more which was my past. Since I am doing well and not getting upset in any way,...

I do like 90 alot with ez curl, but 110 low reps is fun too. You're doin pretty good, ahead of me, I'm gonna continue all my life, so I guess I'll get up there soon. Thanks for the comment bro and good luck with your future workouts getting Solid! Peace.

I think you have a huge build, You are big, dont need to be bulk. Try cleaning what you eat and I am pretty sure you will look like no other. You have determination and that makes a champ of you. Now you need strategy, lower your bf% and maybe you will not look bigger but you will be larger.
