Well had to change this and make it better since I am almost where I set my goal at. New goal is 220 and tone.

I use to train 6 days a week for 5 years and then let myself go when I turned 22. I have tried to get in shape again in the past but it usually only lasts 2 months or so.

yo al, get in the game...dont ever give up. I have been up and down, and trust me, up is the way to go. Stay in it, look into the future and hopefully that will help. I am in the same boat you are, I cannot stay focused so hopefully this will work for me too.

you don't wanna lose it to fast.I lost almost 80 pounds in 3 months and got an internal infection, body couldn't absorb the fat fast enough.. I had to have it all cut out of me,, Now I am doin good,, abs are comming in, and skin is goin back to normal.. iffin you lose it at about 3 lbs a week your skin will shrink to normal and you won't have much lose skin hanging.. keep up the good work,, you can e-mail me if you wanna chat bout it..
