I just decided it was time to change my appearence. So i went to the weight room and have been doing it for a while now.
Why I Love It:
I like a challenge, I like pushing myself and my muscles to their maximum, and knowing that the end result is worth it.

right on man. i just had an awesome bi and tris workout..threw in some jump rope in as well. im slowly increasing all the weight on every exercise. no more screwing around!
