I just decided it was time to change my appearence. So i went to the weight room and have been doing it for a while now.
Why I Love It:
I like a challenge, I like pushing myself and my muscles to their maximum, and knowing that the end result is worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It has become part of my life now. And I love it. I look forward to it.

right on man. i just had an awesome bi and tris workout..threw in some jump rope in as well. im slowly increasing all the weight on every exercise. no more screwing around!

Doing alot of heavy incline? i always did alot of flat bench and my pecs sucked. i checked pro's on utube and they ALL do heavy incline's
