Thanks for the movtivation. Pray for me. I'm probably losing my teaching job for next school year (funding) and I've been very distracted.

Weekend went great. I love relaxing with my kids on Saturday, then worshiping our Almighty Creator on Sunday. Back to the grind stone. Workout went awesome today. How are things?

Still lifting, but my school and church schedules have been brutal as of late. I teach music at a Christian school (I teach Kindergarten through High school). I also am a pastor. Lift hard, pray harder.

Thanks for the kind words. I know what you mean, but remember people will let you down at times, but Jesus never fails. Welcome to the group. Lift hard, pray harder.

I know what you mean. Whenever my normal schedule gets interupted, my lifting schedule takes a hit. Get back in there, join a good gym and hit it hard.

I'm on a 5x5 program from stronglifts.com. It is based on Rippetoe's starting strength. Check out the website and download the free ebook if you're interested.

Yeah man, good to hear from you. I'm about to reach my goal of Squatting 1.5 times my bodyweight. How are you doing?

I'm about a month away (I think) from my 300 lb Squat, and a couple months away from a 400 lb deadlift. My next goals will be to bring up my arms and shoulders, as my chest and legs are growing the most.

Great job achieving your goals. What's next? I'm nearly at mine (50 lbs or so).

Nice gains. Keep at it. You're doing a great job. You have good arm and shoulder definition in your avatar pic. You'll surpass 15 and be pushing 20 before you know it.
