To be honest.... I that I was going to start workin out hardcore several times in the past.... But ive never been serious... But since about a week before christmas of 2007, i got real...
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better and look better...

Look at old pics of myself.... and look at my self now, and realize the change.... my family is also very encouraging...
