Where do you get your workout programs?
I do a lot of research on how the body works and what muscle do what. So I take that bounce it off of workouts I know. If I see a lift I like, then I'll try it out. If it works for me then I keep it, ...more

I'm good. I hurt my back last week. I was squatting at max and screwed my lower back. The next day, I couldn't even get out of bed. It's better now. No pain...just still a little stiff. The lower back is nothing to mess around with. Other than that big dawg...making good progress for next year. I just have to be more careful.

Thanks Dre...that's greatly appreciated big dawg. How you doing bro. You hit it hard this week. I'm back in the gym focusing on size. I'm going to bring up a few areas and try a higher level next time. A few on here I'm sure to meet up in the big dawg arena...got to be prepaired for them...lol
