I got started because of football. When I was in 8th grade, a coach approached me wanted me to play. So I started working out preparing for freshman football. During High School, my weight hovered at around 290. After football, I dropped down to 245 and felt the best I have ever felt. Somehow, I lost my focus and gained the weight back after about 2 years. Then I lost some again but the last few years, I haven't kept it off until now.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I get a pump. I love where working my ass off in the gym will take me.
How I Stay Motivated:
To stay motivated I look at pictures of myself when I weighed 245. Those were the days.
BB Accomplishments:
They will be when I reach my weight and bodyfat goals.

Believing in yourself can at times be difficult, so what I encourage people to do is to set small, attainable goals so that they don't feel they have to climb the mountain in just one stage. Mt. Everest climbers do not get to the top in a single climb and it’s the same with fitness. This is a lifetime thing and the benefits are well worth the effort.
