What's up man! Honestly just pushing myself as hard as I can for 2+ hours & constant supersetting. I also eat every 2-3 hours (35-40 grams protein with some sort of veggie). You got a really good base - you could start gaining like crazy!
Thanks man! I gradually stepped down my calorie intake every week to insure i lost a max of 2 lbs of week to reduce muscle loss and hit the weights 5 days week trying to use as much volume as possible. if your interested in my diet details send me a pm.
Just keep consistent and it all comes off. I am used to being a relatively heavy guy so I am REALLY enjoying having a six pack and beach weather is on the way!!!!
