I got involved in martial arts at the age of 13. Weight training was always a part of my routine but I never really took it seriously until I stopped competing in 2001.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself, setting goals, and reaching them!
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I reach a goal I find a new one. I guess it's my competitive nature that keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
When I started lifting seriously back in 2001 I weighed 245lbs. Now some 6 years later I am just over 300lbs. My goal is 320lbs!
