Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a partner because he pushes me to the max and we feed of each others knowledge. I best thing about having a workout partner is you get big faster then working out alone.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes

it wasn't the biggest injury but it did bother me a lot. I was bench pressing my max 265lbs and some how i used my head for support and end up hurting my left trapezoid.
