How I Started:
I started powerlifting in Jr High. I have been powerlifting seen 1995. I just got back into the sports powerlifting in 2004 hardcore. I have always been lifted weights it's in my blood and I love it.
Why I Love It:
I love to stay in shape. I love doing competition powerlifting. My future plans are to one day be in a natural bodybuilding competition in 2009 or 2010.
How I Stay Motivated:
God, eating the right foods and taking the right supplements.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 25 pounds.
