well, I am a low weight, high rep kind of gal. Don't want bulk, just definition. Overall, I train with weights 3 to 4 days a week, cardio 2 . And no preservatives in food....tough, but possible. works for me...thanks for the request. Teri

HI! I THINK YOUR ON THE RIGHT TRACK. YOUR LOOKING GREAT YOURSELF!! YOUR BICEPS ARE SWEET AND I THINK YOU'VE CAME ALONG WAY SINCE YOUR BEFORE SHOT!! FOR MY STATS IT DOES FLUX UP AND DOWN. IT DEPENDS ON HOW I FEEL. SOMETIMES I FEEL PUMPED AND I TEST MY STRENGTH, BUT IF I FEEL SO SO I LEFT MY MAX. CHECK OUT MY STATS IT'LL PROBABALLY GIVE YOU AN IDEA. Great pictures, congrats on the total body transformation!!! I like it alot, great job! The whole sister thing I think is funny, but not to down your sister or anything but I am pretty sure I could take her, I could bench her without any struggle, so the arm wrestle scenario is nothing!!! YES! PLEASE DO! I am clueless. So far I've been told to get some casein protein to take before bed, l-glutamine, and bcaa. I don't know what those are for except faster recovery, and how much, or how many times a day do I take all of it? I'm trying to lose 10 lbs before July 30th.
