my last PT test I ran the 2 mile in 14:22, did 85 sit ups and 51 push-ups.I haven't taken one though since all of this medical stuff, now I'm trying to get back to that level. I want to take one in 3 mos and see where I'm at. How long have you been into fitness? What kind of workout do you do?

I was active duty for 6 years and now I am in the reserves.I do enjoy being a service member, I love the physical training events and being around soldiers, once I got married and started thinking about having kids, I decided that active duty service would be a little difficult, considering the control they have over your time...so the reserves has proved to be great for me. How long has she been in?

I am able to push myself more when I have someone train me...also, it helps having a spotter if you go heavy. I am happy for you that you have found someone who can help you improve. Keep it up!

Thank you for your kind words. I do a variety of training. I have yet to succeed with a pull-up though. Actually, I have not tried in awhile, so maybe I can do one now!!! :)

I do pushups, crunches and pullups. I do a wide variety of exercises to keep my body guessing

ty well ud hav 2 tak in enuff protein 1g per lb bodyweight per day plus train heavier w/a spot doin several sets of 6-8reps goin up then go bak down in wt w/mor reps (pyramid method)
