Hi! I don't know who is more muscular cause i've got way more bf than you. I'm 5'4 and 135-140lbs about20-30 of fat I guess to be shred. I'm starting a cut this week for a show in april so we'll see! I squat 168 lbs for 6 reps. Say hi to your sister! and you look great so keep workout hard :)!

Reading the other comments on your page sems like a cut and paste job on your comment to me. But maybe you're too busy training. LOL (aren't we all.) I am taller, heavier, can squat and bench more and I have no pics of my quads available. Thanks for the add and keep training hard.

Hi there! I'm 5'11". 160lbs, lol.
I don't know what my max bench press is. I sound like such a newb, maybe a year ago I would have known, but I haven't set foot inside a gym in about 4 months or so. I appreciate your sister's compliment, but again, I haven't worked out in months, lol! But thanks for the encouragement! Now I can't wait to hit the gym! :D

no no, you put the person sideways... so their head is on one end and their feet the other.. then you stick an arm through their crotch and under their armpit and carry them down. distributes the weight better

So... asking questions with your 'sisters' interests in mind is a line opener for you? But to answer your question, yes I have quite a bit of size on you. Its all on my progress page

Its a cmbinaton Martial arts of striking, weapons, patterns, grappling and sparring.
By the look of your page and all the comments on the picture, you seem to ask everyone this question about this girl. Why? Whats the point?

I did Sun Hang Do for about 8 years to go to full black belt, and was about to test for the next level black when I stopped going.
Yeah, I saw her. Not going to sit here and bash anyone, though. Holier-than-thou never helped any situation. Nor does arrogance like that.
