When I Started: Jan, 2006
How I Started: I started working out in January of 2006 but really in December 2006. Due to lack of time I have to workout in the night after take my children to bed or in the week end only. I don't follow regularly a program. I use only one basic workout tool (dumbel curls, if I don't mistake with english) and nothing else. For what about supplements I don't take nothing, all 100% natural.
Why I Love It: I love working out because at the end I feel better and seeing me on the mirror give me some little satisfation. And the also little results give me more consideration about myself.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I think I have good genetics and if I work hard i see some little results.
