Wow, seriously? But how are you putting on that muscle mass like that? So impressive. What have you done to rehabilitate your hand, by the way? Gone to a physical therapist? If not have you at least done ice/heat therapy? Let me know if you haven't tried the ice/heat. I've got some good info I'll be happy to share. I have healed injuries in days. Good luck on the rest. Ohhhh okay I got it. I have 2 cheat meals - usually on the weekend when I am at work. The rest of the time I am usually on point. I also just went to doing my aerobics first thing in the am on an empty stomach. I have very low carbs past 4pm everyday. Thanks for the info. I am working on getting up to 6 meals per day too Thanks again Patrick
