People on transformation journeys often become overwhelmed with anxiety! weighing 20 times a day, freakin out ! numbers,numbers,numbers! Listen, nothing happens that fast! getting Fat or fit! Relax! U loose more weight that way anyway,just do the job: eat right,lift hard ,NO I mean really eat...

But how are you putting on that muscle mass like that? So impressive.
What have you done to rehabilitate your hand, by the way? Gone to a physical therapist? If not have you at least done ice/heat therapy? Let me know if you haven't tried the ice/heat. I've got some good info I'll be happy to share. I have healed injuries in days.

Oh, I just started FST-7 training. We'll see how my body reacts, but I already like the fast that I am so sore right now ;-] (And getting fatter :-[ )

I think you under estemate just how far you've come man. You looking shreaded, really good work. It's funny that we never really see our own progress even when people tell us how good we look, we only see where we want to improve.

Ohhhh okay I got it. I have 2 cheat meals - usually on the weekend when I am at work. The rest of the time I am usually on point. I also just went to doing my aerobics first thing in the am on an empty stomach. I have very low carbs past 4pm everyday. Thanks for the info. I am working on getting up to 6 meals per day too

First - wow. Great transformation! 2nd whats carb cycling? I have just started dialing in my nutrition even more since I am on a quest for 11% bodyfat. Your help and knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
