How I Started:
before I new about the gym all i did was push ups sit ups and what ever we did during wrestling practice, until I had my first year of high school in which a new buddy of mine had brought me to the schools gym and ever since then I've been going.
Why I Love It:
well besides the fact that it keeps you healthy, I love everything about bodybuilding and workingout I love being in the gym and hearing the plates shake, the dumbbells clanking,and most obvious the amazing pumps. I love how BB allows to sculpt your body beyond what you thought it could be
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading them muscle mags, and looking at the posters of arnold,haney,reeves,reg,ferrigno, zane and columbo on my wall
