I cant stand the dude with all the damn weight on the squat rack but cant do one complete rep!!!!!!!
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
All of the free-weight powerlifts. They are the best to build overall size and strength; but if you do it wrong your back/stroke will be gone!!!
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lack of proper technique!!!
