some people get there blood rushing from racing a car or bike but that rush only lasts for a couple of seconds i get a rush by being big... it never ends and only gets better

i have always wanted to be big and cut for me and my wife but i have never really had that much time to do so... but now that im in iraq i got one year to make myself as fit as possible... i want to gain 15 pounds go from being 160 to 175 of mass but still have the abbs going on... thats my long term goal... and it will happen

Hey bro. 5'7 at 165lbs? That is solid muscle. When you will finish in Iraq? You might pass your goal of 15lbs. There must be some great training facilities there. I see lot of guys getting jacked when they are there.
