Reason: Started out about where I am now. Has the build I would love to have! Great balance.

Reason: amazing body and work ethic. incredibly chisled and defined from head to toe.

Reason: We had almost the exact same stats our first year of lifting. He's had injuries and his first kid this year. Some guys would use those as excuses to stop or slow down but he doesn't.

Reason: he transformed himself on the outside to get in line with the incredible person he is on the inside. Salute.
