This was the middle of my senior year i was about 190 pounds or so. i would love to get to that again.
I now have a better goal. I have enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. I need to be a healthy persone to be able to preform my job and to serve my country.
Goal (Long):
I am 5' 11", 225 with about 20% body fat. I AM FAT. i dont want to be fat anymore. i want to lose about 30 pounds of fat and gain about 15 to 20 pounds of lean musclei would like to be about 10-12% body fat. i want to get back into football shape, become fast explosvie, big and lean. i want to increass my bench by at least 150 pounds, my squat by 225 or more, and my deadlift by 250 pounds. I mostly life in the evenings and then i swim about 500 to 1000 yards to do my cardio (i hate running). if anyone has any tips i am all ears.
I have enlisted in the USMC and am currently working on getting in shape for Boot Camp. i have lost almost 30 lbs in the past 2 months. I feel great and i love even better. I am able to wear clothes that i havent be able to in a long time. I've been running between 3 and 5 miles a day and...
I know you aren't active on here, but hopefully you are staying active and living a healthy happy life. hope all is well in your life, take it easy and get back to me when you can my man!
nice to hear from you! glad you are sticking with it and congrats on going to the USMC. From your updates looks like you have made a HUGE change! congrats, make sure to get some new pics up when you have a chance!
I hope I inspire you, that would make me feel great. I am still so far from my goals but the progress is motivating for sure and makes me feel good. If I can help you at all just let me know. If you arent completely into it though, it wont work. I made more attempts then I can remember until one day I said thats enough and flipped everything in my life. been doing wonderful since and have not regretted it!

two threads I remember posting in that may give you something.
That is unfortunate to hear. Although I would like to tell you differently I had more "falling offs" then I can remember. Frustration from life, lack of results, lack of patience, etc. I would give up all the time, but only to later to realize I was still not happy. Take it easy, and enjoy life, that is the most important thing. If you want to get fit/healthy you will find it in yourself to put everything you have got into it. good luck!
