Just doing light cardio right now until the baby gets here in April. I will be ready fopr the summer!

Sorry been away for awhile. My fiance came home in June and now I am 5 months pregnant, so I have been a little busy :-)

Thank you very much, I am still training hard and I have actually gotten out the gym more to stairs and hills. I saw a difference very quickly.

Ant I didnt say I was ligting 5s, I just dont go as heavy as I use to. But of course some muscle groups require a little more weight like my legs and tris. Dont worry I havent girlied out on you. Just trying some different things.
