How I Started:
Started out by doing cardio with T.V. then bought home gym and started hitting the weights.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel and the results. I feel more energic. It is my time for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my husband because he loves to stay fit, I am very competitive, so I want to look just as good or better.
BB Accomplishments:
My legs and arms have improved greatly and my stomach has slimmed down. I want to see even more definition in my abs and legs.

After I had fourth child and was not happy with the way I looked. Want to gain more weight in muscle. Work on abs,legs, arms and bum.
My stomach seems to be going backwards and all the other things are getting better. I am not too happy with this!!!!

Goal (Long):
I have always had a good mid-section but after the last kid everything went away. I would like to have that back and add more muscle in my arms and legs. Want to gain more weight in muscle mass somewhere around 115lbs to 120lbs would be nice. For sure want to have cut abs but just don't know how to get there.

It has been a while since I have done anything. I started doing cardio 3 times a week and feel better about myself. I do have to admit though I fell off my training and eating for quit a while and payed for it. My mid sections has gotten worse. However I started to turn right back around...
