Always into fitness. Dad had me surfing before i could walk. Mum enrolled me into swimming squads at 10, and ive been active ever since. It helps that all my family are fit and healthy.
Why I Love It:

Wow, you're pretty hardcore on the cardio. Is it working for you...doing so much cardio and no weight sessions? I didn't see any weights in your regimen.

Yes, yes, yes! His music has helped me get through many a workout. So, why strict on the diet? Healthy I agree, if you compete you have to be true to your diet, but strict seems like you are setting up for failure.
