I have always wanted a body that is as close to perfect as nature will allow. i envy MMA and wrestling competitors who have what I consider the ultimate physique. I want to be ripped and increase my athletic ability. I would like to be 170 pounds, with 9% body fat. I want to have the strength and endurance to make others envious in outdoor activities. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 12 months.
