hows it going! lol so my cheat meal for the week wasnt bad! for once.. just 3 bowls of kashi oatmeal! and were on spring break! we need to get together to lift or soemthing during the week.

hey man looking swole!. ya.. today was my "LO" carb day consisted of 50g pre and 50g post and thats it.. tommorw is high carb day :) excited ..! lol wheels tho! keep up the good work a son is proud! ill see you in the gym tommrow

I would loved to be taught by Layne norton i followed your video series with him congrats on your accomplishments.! you should stop by o'brien fitness center sometime im a personal trainer there you could give me a few tips. plus ill spot ya on the heavy stuff! lol talk to ya later man thanks
