Keep up the hard work bro. You have an excellent start and there is no reason you can't make it to the IFBB ranks.

Brian-- I have a list of contests for the Midwest for you to look at. I am thinking of putting them on the Program Board, right as you walk in to the weight room.

I just told tbalasa maybe we should call the fitness center, "o'brian". Once my back is healthy, your help on the free weights would be appreciated.

When you lifting on Wednesday? I want to either do legs or shoulders. Ryan is skipping out for the next week or so, so I'm on my own for a little while. The only carbs I've had today were from the eggs or the veggies I've had, other then preworkout. I'm gonna try and keep that up all week. Let me know about the rest of the week.

the diet is going good.I can start to see my abs at the top. I'm gonna do some more cardio later today and again three times tomarrow. I got my body fat down to 12.7 the other day so that was good, but now I want it down to single digits. Your starting to look ripped man. In anouther month you'll have veins poping everywhere. See ya tomorrow.

Thanks! You are really starting to look more cut. To bad you didn't have to deal with the no carb days, I hate low carb days, I can't imagine having to deal with no carbs. That must be like no caffene. More cardio tomarrow morning, can't wait. See you at the gym monday. Remember only eat meat on Easter.

I have hardly had any carbs today and I did like 60 min of cardio, but tonight I'm having fried fish so there goes all that. I'll have to be really strick tomarrow again, sunday's easter so who knows what I'll eat then, it seems like the week is the only time I can be really strict. Either way I'm happy with the progress I've made in just a week. I'm looking forward to cardio in the morning next week. Weird huh?
