How I Started:
I used to be in the Military so I was always in good shape, but mostly runner shape. After I got out alot of my new co-workers were big into working out and so I decided to give it a try. Now I'm addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
it boosts your self confidence, and just gives you a natural high of beeing proud of how you look.
How I Stay Motivated:
everyone I work out with is bigger than my so that motivates me every day.
