How I Started:
When I was in highschool I weighed a solid 200 pounds but then i graduated and started drinking ALOT. I lost all motivation to workout and I was picking up those easy meals at mcdonalds and taco bell and consequently i dropped to 165 with no muscle and a beer gut. I let myself get so sloppy that one day I looked in the mirror and was so unhappy with myself that i decided right there that I was going to join a gym and start a good clean high protein diet and i haven't looked back
Why I Love It:
self satisfaction..if i didnt like it i wouldnt do it
How I Stay Motivated:
When i was in good shape people would tell me how good i looked..when i let myself slip people that i hadn't seen in a while would come up to me and tell me crap like "wow you've lost a lot of weight" and "damn B ur just a little guy" when I think about all of those comments it automatically makes me want to blow up the weights
