Tired of looking like crap, want to look good naked.
Why I Love It:
Honestly, I don't love it yet, but hopefully, I will LEARN to love it or at least RESPECT what it can do for my body, mind and soul.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at all the people who are in shape. Guys who are much older and look much younger. Young guys who should be much smaller and are much bigger. PLUS, I need to keep up with my wife, two kids and two Labrador Retrievers!

Hey Brad, Thanks for all the great compliments! The older we get the harder it is bud. Diet is probably the biggest factor. It wasn't when I was younger but it sure is now. Post some body pics of yourself so your friends can track your progress...
