Why I Love It:
The challenge and seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like consistency, hard work and being disciplined, so bodybuilding fits me well.
BB Accomplishments:
"What truely defines one as a bodybuilder? An animalistic willingness to simply train harder than the next guy, to constantly outdo yourself and attack the weights with all-out intensity every single day" - Joe Weider

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try to a little cardio 4-6 days a week so I can stay lean while bulking. Sometimes I do 5-12 minutes after my workout or will walk my dog 30-60 minutes a day
Basics
- A = high reps, moderate carbs
- B = low reps, low carbs
- 14/16 calories per lb of body weight
- 1-1.5 gallons of water daily
- 1.3 grams of protein per bodyweight
- Fruit and Veggies mixed into day, not listed
- Saturday night/part of Sunday =...
i always incorporate the basics: flat.incline bench, regular.front.hack squats, chins, rows and deadlifts...i mix up barbell and dumbbells and i rarely use machines
day 1 = legs
day 2 = chest, biceps, abs
day 3 = back, forearms, calves
day 4 = shoulders, triceps, abs
day 5 = off
repeat
Looking good man! I have gotten back into training after almost a year off. I'm at the aloha ballys now though cause I moved. Just thought I'd say hi and good job, keep it up man.
Been pretty good, I moved so I've been at the Farmington location hitting the workouts harder than ever. You still at Cedar Mills? Going to be in competetions anytime soon?
Double cardios 4-5x a week, 7 days a week of single session cardio, 3 days on of lifting, one day off, then 3 on again:) One muscle group each workout:) lots of supersets, triple sets:)
I stopped using Lipo6 an di am having better workouts! i feel less energized but i am working harder to push thru a workout so i walk away actually feeling spent... its great! ( ringing out sweat from the shirt though)
