I used to workout to kinda stay in shape, but then really got into bodybuilding about 2 years ago.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try to a little cardio 4-6 days a week so I can stay lean while bulking. Sometimes I do 5-12 minutes after my workout or will walk my dog 30-60 minutes a day
Basics
- A = high reps, moderate carbs
- B = low reps, low carbs
- 14/16 calories per lb of body weight
- 1-1.5 gallons of water daily
- 1.3 grams of protein per bodyweight
- Fruit and Veggies mixed into day, not listed
- Saturday night/part of Sunday =...
i always incorporate the basics: flat.incline bench, regular.front.hack squats, chins, rows and deadlifts...i mix up barbell and dumbbells as well. also, i rarely use machines
3 day split, 6 days a week:
day 1 = legs, calves, abs (high reps)
day 2 = chest, shoulders, triceps (low reps)
day...
Training is going ok man. You know, you want to be at the goal overnight and it just doesn't work that way. I have a few months of hard work ahead, but it will be worth it. How about you man? How are you doing?
