My Workout Program

I train old school/the basics. I always change angles, positions, workouts and use a mix of barbells, dumbbells, hammer and cables.

I thrive on high volume, sets and never do the same rep range - I go by feel. I incorporate alot of super sets, drop sets, high reps and FST-7.

I do HIT cardio...lots of incline, stairs and run & jog to stay lean/tight.
