Overall Goal:  Lose fat without loosing alot of muscle mass. Still gain mass on arms. Get my lean wrestling body back.

Fit Status:  Broke my leg on the job 2 days before P90X showed up. I just got out of the cast and back to work a week ago. Right back in the gym though
