How I Started:
I was new to the area. I was lean at around 160 pounds. I was bored, tired, and stressed- an malnurished. I went to the gym, and I was hooked. Thanks to Coach Bill; I was pushed to gain 40 pounds eating, sleeping, and working out.
Why I Love It:
It is stress relieving and keeps me focused on life goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Faith, Aspiration, Courage, and Truth. My motivation to start my own motivator Team FACE.

I have to focus on more nutrition. I eat pretty clean until the faithful doughnut and cake shows their dirty faces- so, more disipline.
Goal (Long):
Gain muscle and lose body fat. Maintain wieght at around 200-210 pounds. Was into the heavy lifts, however; I have seen the benefits of more volume. I would like to concentrate on building more muscle on legs and arms. Actually full body transformation.

I wish you success achieving your fitness goal. I know you have the drive to do it and to overcome the diet issues that tempt you. Eat clean for 6 days a week and give yourself 1 cheat day a week, that can help get rid of the cake and donut cravings. If there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
