I've always enjoyed working out every now and then. But I love dancing, yoga, and running (short distance:)
Why I Love It:
Definitely not a body builder, but I do believe that a healthy lifestyle= a healthy body= a healthy mind= a healthy spirit :)
Yea. All of that.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is a huge support for me. He loves working out (sometimes I wonder if he loves it more than me!). I have my personal trainer, and go-to person 24/7, which is something that I consider myself very fortunate for.
I also keep myself motivated by staying focused on my goal, writing, and thinking about the final outcome.
I've always been thin, and I'm now at a place in my life where I want to live healthier, and I feel that part of that is being within a healthier weight range. I've never weighed over 100lbs! Although I don't think I look unhealthy, I don't feel comfortable at my current weight. I would like to reach my ideal weight of 110lbs. I know that seems like nothing to some of you, but I have a super fast metabolism, a very fast lifestyle, and almost no body fat.
I would like to make it to my ideal weight of 110lbs., but I would like to do this in a healthy way-- by eating the right foods, working out, and staying toned :)
Welcome to the phrase that I’ve learned to dread the most, "You’re so skinny!"… sometime there’s even a "Wow.." before the dreaded phrase… Either way it doesn’t change its effect. At times I wondered whether it was a compliment, at times, I’m sure it was. ...
good luck with your weight gain also :) feel free to ask questions if you need (I used to be similar, 125 pounds soaking wet with rocks in my pockets ) hehe.
Thanks for the suggestion. I had my thyroid tested this year after a huge hair loss and it's fine. I've been at the same weight since high school. Maybe my luck will come w/menopause.. lol.
Thanks. I hope I didn't hijack your thread but I see now we aren't the only one with this problem. I usually hover around 97-100 but nothing ever sticks. I'm gaining muscle so I hope that will help soon.
