things are going good.. im on the gain lean mass/drop bf plan.. Im into week 3 and it's going pretty good...

Dude my legs are still sore!! I gotta do plyo legs today, and spin tomorrow.. I don't think they are gonna recover to soon.. lol

aww thanks!! im in week 2 going into week 3!! woohoo!! I workout 5x's a week cardio in the am, weights and hiit in the evening.. i want it bad, and im not stopping until i achieve it!!

stay motivated it CAN be hard.. one thing that im learning is to include God in my workouts and my eating.. I pray for strength discipline, and willpower EVERYDAY!!!

read your blog so you lost 8% bf in 6 weeks? freakin amazing!! im gonna try your plan once i finish my comp prep..would love to do it now but im in the lean mass drop bf and carb cycling. Im really needing to strip alot of bf% they want me in at about 125lbs.. i can only pray that i look like you in april!! wish me luck!!

i liked it bc i was able to lift more and even pump out more cardio.. im gonna try it again tonite but only half of the sample packet and see how it works...

training is good!! don't know if you saw my blog but i tried a sample pack of superpump!! and my body is just now coming down from it... good grief!! other than i feel stronger this week even though it's only week 2.. lol
