Yeah, sorry I've been doing gr8. I just posted on Steve's wall on Facebook that I ended up adding plates I would have never thought during legs 2night n kicked them out large! I had 2 change my diet a little, by adding a little more iron rich foods, since my red blood cell count is down. But still following the plan! How u doin?
