I'm want to compete in the Texas Shreddar Classic... I'm basiclly starting over as of December 1st/09.. I've gained nearly 20 lbs since starting back in April. So this is the drawing board for me... Im going to Finish...

How is SuperPump working out? I made it thru 2 BFL workouts and decided I hate it. I love the diet part hate the workout part. I have to figure out how to lift the weights I want and do cardio. I would rather light my eyeballs on fire than do cardio.

keep doin wat ur doing hun and im sure that u will reach ur goals! so april is about 5 months away and u have plenty of time to lose the bf and gain muscle if u want it bad enough! follow ur diet and do the cardio and im sure u will see results :) how is ur weight training and cardio? how often are u working out now?

I'd like to try the superpump -- I have been experimenting with different pre-workout supps, but haven't tried that one yet. (went to a bb show a couple weeks ago and got several samples of diff. products.) Didn't get any superpump, though. Would you continue to use it?

I had a lull in my gym time too in Oct and was having some health issues. I also gained a couple lbs, but now that I am healthy, I am back on track! I am doing a new wo from steve too! KIT
