Started Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Tom Venuto's Program. Gained 3 pounds but have lost 1/2" on waist, may start creatine soon, good price on bodybuilding.com for it.
Goal is to get into Size 34" again. When I started 38" where tight to fit into.
Goal (Long):
I have gotten way out of shape, I do not look good to goto the pool. I love going to the pool. I hurt my back a little over one year ago and stoped going to the gym. I put on around 30lbs. I need to lose this or at least lose the fat and get my belt size back down. Weight is really not my goal, my inches is.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 28 lb

12%

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My upper back, this was my senior year in HS. I didn't relize lifting 3 or 4 hours was way way over kill. Thought more the better. Took lots of time to get over it.
No matter what program you choose the main thing I want for you is to succeed. I am glad to hear that you have found something that you are happy with and that is working for you. I believe all programs come down to nutrition, weightlifting and cardio and after that it is in your hands so to speak. I wish you nothing but success and hope that you are able to stay strong, focused and determined.
I think you are doing great & if you are looking to get rid of bodyfat and get into great shape in a relatively short period of time, I suggest you check out 12-week Body for Life program.
